Woke up at 6:00am, with the temperature outside
of 37F. The rain over night is stopped by now. Going to work on time, had a
pretty busy day today. Running between rooms and working on assignments.
Another coworker left the company today. I had to stay until 11:30PM for a
project, so the car is frosted up as I walked out from the office. Coming
home, the temperature indicated 32F over night.
NOVA, a famous Japanese foreign language school (their motto is study abroad
by local train stations near you) has filed bankruptcy on 10/26. Now with
4,000 instructors from over sea is not getting paid and 300,000 students
prepaid their tuition but cannot take the classes. I guess |

Woke up at 6:00am, 29F in the morning. Went to
work and stayed until 7:00PM. I went out with coworkers for lunch at Aji
Ten. After coming home, I cooked dinner and relaxed. Going to bed around
11:00PM. I was quite tired because of the project I was working on. |

Woke up at 8:00am, still 38F in the morning,
warmer than yesterday. Went to swim in the morning then spent afternoon at
office. Coming home around 6:00PM but the Beck Rd was closed about 1/2 miles
and I could not get home straight. Stopped by car wash and Japanese
groceries store in the morning. Daylight saving time is ending. What a
relief. Sunny all day. It was nice. One of runners going for the U.S.
marathon trial died after collapsing. He could be one of them going to
Beijing 2008 Olympics. |

[Daylight Saving Time Ends, finally...]
Woke up at 7:00am, it's a lot brighter than yesterday. I have to appreciate
the end of daylight saving time. Temperature in the morning was 33F, just
about the freezing point. I went to buy groceries at Meijer, also picked up
a newspaper at Kroger. I come back to my apartment, had lunch and headed to
the office to catch up on stuffs. Left there around 6:00PM, coming home but
realized the outside is much darker, and Beck Rd was still closed. I took a
detour but I did not get lost like last time. Coming home, had dinner and
relaxed. I have another week to start tomorrow. I hope the road is back open
then... Going to bed around 10:30PM. |

Woke up at 6:00am, stretched, cooked rice and
made my lunch before I leave apartment at 8:00am. The Beck Rd was clear of
orange barrels so I arrived to the office just in time for the morning
meeting. Spent whole day kept myself busy on projects. The weather suppose
to be getting rainy, windy and snowy sometimes but when I stepped outside to
go home was calm. Going to bed around midnight. |

Woke up at 6:00am, I saw flurries outside. I
guess the winter is here. Going to work earlier than normal time because of
a meeting with Japan office. Spent whole day at meetings and working on
projects. Got really sleepy around 7:00PM. I was not sure what I thinking
while facing in front of PC... I cannot stand it, let's go home. Left office
around 8:45PM, went to LTF for swimming a bit. Coming home around 10:00PM,
had dinner, went to bed at 11:00PM because I was suddenly sleepy again.

Woke up at 6:00am, found a tiny snow flake which
is almost perfect as seen on textbook but missed picture since it melted.
Going to work on time, stayed until 9:30PM to take care of lots of
businesses. Coming home, had dinner. Going to bed around 11:30PM. I think my
body is finally getting adjusted for the regular time. |

Woke up at 6:00am. Stretched my body, headed to
work with tired body. Had to work on another urgent issues (just another
regular day for me). Stayed until 9:30PM, and headed to LTF for a short
swim. Coming home, had dinner and headed to bed around midnight. Tomorrow's
Friday. I cannot wait. |

Woke up at 6:00am, it's cloudy outside but not
too cold. The forecast sees no snow in sight for another week. Went to work,
had a presentation over health benefit plan for next year. I guess I have
lots of things to read over the weekend. Had a couple of donuts in the
afternoon, since another coworker is leaving. Stayed at office until 8:00PM
and went home. The way back to the apartment was a bit rainy.
$1.00 reached to 110Yen, the lowest in a while. |

Woke up at 6:00am, stretched well in the
morning. I went to swim in the morning for a while then headed to a Japanese
grocery store. Coming home, had lunch, been to hair cut but the person
usually do my hair was not available, so my hair was not look good as usual.
It's hard to get flat top. Stayed up until midnight, finally finished my
journal from Washington D.C. trip two weeks ago. |

Woke up at 8:00am, went to grocery shopping at
Kroger and Meijer in the morning. I also fill up my car with a bit cheaper
gas than beginning of the week.|Come home, organized my
room, pulled out warmer clothing from container for the cool weather.
Expected some rain, but not much. Cleaned kitchen, get ready for the new
week. Spent evening easy, going to bed around 11:00PM.

Chunichi Dragons, won Asia Series baseball championship.
The team won for the second time in history in Japan Series championship a
few weeks ago. Their last win was 53 years ago. |

Woke up at 6:00am, stretched my body and
prepared for today, setting up rice cooker before heading to work. The
weather was cloudy from the morning so it was just like yesterday. At least
things are warming up a little. Had to stay at office later, coming home
around 9:30PM. Since I have to be at work by 7:00am tomorrow, I decided to
go bed around 11:00PM. |

Woke up, had to go to work about one hour
earlier than usual to attend a meeting with Japan office. I had to remove
frosts on my car. Talked with a supplier on deals. I have to be available
for him tomorrow... Went outside to get flu shot for $25, and find a person
who is a chiropractor. Spent afternoon working on paperwork I need to
complete, and some other materials. Left work around 9:00PM, Drove to LTF
for swimming, a bit hard to swim with arm after shot. Coming home after 10:00PM, going to bed by
midnight. My iPod
got a version up to 1.1.2 today, and with white out display... |

Woke up at 6:00am, went to a chiropractor to
take care of my back pain. My body was so defensive so I did not get to
release tensions but mostly successful. I have to go there again on Friday.
Went to work. Stayed until
11:00PM and headed home. I went to bed. Very much I did nothing but office
matters. I think my body is gonna break down again.

Woke up at 6:00am, went to work on time.
Coworkers say they have seen some snow but I missed it because I could not
get outside from having too much stuffs to handle. Left work around 9:00PM,
went to LTF for swimming. The pool was quite busy but I was able to share a
lane. Coming home around 10:30PM, going to bed around midnight. Pretty gusty
and cold in the evening. Expecting 28F tomorrow morning. |

Woke up at 6:00am, went to doctor's office, took
care of my right ankle which was bothering me for about half year. I feel a
lot better now. Headed to work, took care of my assignments. Went to Aji Ten
for lunch with coworkers. Stayed until 8:00PM, come home. Relaxed in the
evening which was already at 32F. Going to bed by 11:00PM. I am stressed out
for the week.
(A fight broke out between two gas stations across the street in Detroit,
after one of them set the price 3 cents less than the other. Ended up
killing one of the owners) |

Woke up at 7:00am but stayed in bed until
8:00am, cloudy and cold weather. Went out to swim in the morning then drove
to Twelve Oaks mall, where so many cars are packed (I guess it's holiday
shopping season...) Drizzle whole day and not much things to look forward. I
relaxed most of the time to relieve stress, headed out to buy grocery, fill
up gas, and come home. Cooked curry for the evening, updated my webpage. I
finally get the iPod to recharge but still cannot import anymore movies to iTunes... |

Unlike yesterday, sunny all the way. Woke up at
8:00am, It was a bit chilly and breezy but went to jog at Kensington Park in
the morning. Spent afternoon at office to take care of my stuffs. Done with
my assignments so I drove back, saw a car carrying a dear on the roof (My
friend told me that hunting season has began...) Come back to the apartment
around 5:00PM, did three loads of laundry. Since I will be very busy
upcoming week, I had to cook for dinner, tomorrow's lunch and dinner. Hit the
bed earlier than usual since I have to wake up early tomorrow.

Woke up at 5:00am, still dark, and cold outside.
Had to be at work for meeting from 7:00am. I am glad I prepared lunch and
dinner since I needed then both. Stayed until 9:00PM, went outside and found
out it was foggy. I drove home a bit slowly, going to bed around 11:30PM. I
need to wake up early again tomorrow. |

Woke up at 5:00am, headed to work, saw a couple
of cars smashed up pretty good. I guess someone was not paying attention.

Woke up once at 5:00am but stayed in bed until
7:00am. Raining very hard from the morning with temperature of 46F. Expected
rain whole day, and it will turn to snow. Drove in rain and reported to
work. Almost all the people are in holiday mood so not much exciting going
on, except a small celebration on milestone sales of one of company's
product. My lunch and dinner were on the house. I had to stay until 10:00PM
to wrap up the assignment. I was even asked to drop off a box at FedEx
Kinko's but they were closed at 8:00PM today so I did not have to drive
extra. Stopped by LTF for a short lap swim and steam sauna. Coming home,
going to bed after midnight. |

[Thanksgiving Day]
Someone was banging on neighbor's door around 4:00am. The person kept the
surrounding noisy for almost 15 minutes. (I bet the person's hand must be
sore...). Anyway, woke up at 5:00am, the outside was snowing a bit. I had to
remove them from my car before heading out to downtown. I left apartment
around 5:55am, drove in dark, snowy road. I mad a bad turn so I did not get
to the parking until 7:10am. Picked up my packet, and headed to run a race.
The run was great, since I was so scare to be in downtown area of Detroit.
Anyways, I get to run the street which was partly ran down but there are
some newer buildings. I don't think I want to live there. Driving back to my
place, sunny but sometimes a cloud of snow approaches and block the view on
freeway. Coming back around 10:00am. Relaxed for the morning. Had lunch
which is a left over from yesterday's company luncheon, and had similar
stuff again for the dinner. (Man, I don't have to pay a penny for the meals
today...)

Woke up at 7:00am, 23F outside. Good to know
that I don't have to actually go to work, or shopping for Black Friday. Went
to see a doctor in the morning, then had to go to office to take care of
stuffs. I had my lunch from Jimmy John's. Went home around 5:30PM, radio was
announcing how much mall parking lots are occupied. 90% of 7,000 lots at
Twelve Oaks mall, it says... My, my... Relaxed whole evening, and went to
bed around midnight. I simply feel like today's Saturday. |

Woke up at 8:00am, I must have been quite tired
from working yesterday. Unfortunately, I feel like today's Sunday... I went
to swim in the morning then headed to Office Depot and my office. Purchased
lunch at Burger King, and worked on my assignments. I left
there around 5:00PM, stopped by Meijer to get few stuffs before coming home.
Had okay evening, not much except browsing net and checking emails from
friends in Japan. Called Japan to let them know that I will be in Mexico
next week. Going to bed around 1:00am, getting chilly here even the heater
is ON. |

Woke up at 7:30am, outside was just about to
getting brighter. Another 25F in the morning. Went out for running at a park
in the morning. The weather was nice but a bit chilly. Went for 4 miles and
come back to home. Stopped by at Meijer to get some groceries and gas, which
has been steady at $3.06 for the last couple of days. I had to go work for
the afternoon to prepare for the business trip from tomorrow. When I stepped
outside from the office around 7:30PM, it was snowing pretty bad. I was
worried that tomorrow's drive to the airport could be bad but it was over
when I looked outside around 9:00PM. Going to bed around 10:00PM. I need to
wake up early tomorrow.

Woke up Drove to DTW, parked, and walked to the
terminal. Flew to MFE, got picked up at the airport, went to the office.
Worked on company assignments, and headed to Mexico side. Had lunch, Took
care of items, and stayed until 8:30PM. Went to local restaurant called Lo
Differente for dinner. Coming back, and worked on company assignments until
1:30am

Woke up at 6:00am, get picked up at 7:15am and
headed to the local office. I tried to cross the border by 9:00am but the
assignments took too long so I got a ride with mail carrier for the company
to get to Mexico site around noon. Stayed until 9:00PM, come back to the
U.S. side, stopped by Yasuke restaurant for dinner, swam in the pool which
was quite small and then headed to bed after midnight. |

Woke up at 6:00am, left hotel around 7:45am,
headed to the local office. I wanted to carry a box with company property
but coworkers did not like the complex paperwork so we figured a way to do
that. Stayed until 8:30PM and had dinner at Japanese restaurant with company
executives. I had to sit in the seat right next to him. Coming back to hotel
was earlier so I was lucky. Going to bed a bit early.

Woke up at 6:00am, cloudy. Left hotel around
7:45am, went local office to take care of businesses. Stayed until 9:00am
and headed to the Mexico side, I get stopped again and the car was briefly
checked. I think the driver was not good. Had dinner in Mexico side, and
come back to the U.S. later. Went to bed around midnight. |

Woke up at 6:00am, tried to find a local
supermarket but only found K-Mart about 0.5mi away. I bought a couple stuffs
for local members and then got a ride to headed to local office before going
to Mexico side. Passes the border with no problem. Worked whole day, had
meeting in the evening for entire plant about announcement. Had to stay
until 9:00PM, and ended up crossing the border |
