Woke up at 6:00am, I already know it's going to be rainy so I drove out from
my apartment on time to get the best spot in my parking. Stayed until
8:45pm. The sun was not set so still a bit bight outside. Had rain in the
morning but stopped by the evening. Worked out at LTF for a while then come
back to home. The wind was a little gusty by the time when I go bed, but I
guess it's only because the rain expected missed my place. It could have
been stormy. |

Woke up around 4:00am first then again at
6:00am. It must have been rained since pavement was wet. Drove to work,
stayed until 8:30pm. Drove to LTF for workout and Meijer for groceries.
There were many police cruisers around the apartment I live; one within the
apartment complex, another on the road in front of the apartment, one more
at high school and then another one nearby the intersection and the last one
at a bit south. I heard a helicopter was flying around so I guess they were
hunting for someone. I also saw a police car on a highway nearby my office.
I guess today was something special... Cooked dinner, then went to bed around midnight. |

Woke up at 6:00am, in the mid 50s so it was
comfortable and no sign on rain. Drove out to work and I still see many
police cruisers around. I was wondering why. Stayed at office until 9:45pm.
The outside still had slight sunlight. Coming home straight and was watching
Eve no Jikan (Eve's Hour), which is an animation being made in Japan about
futuristic Japan where robots and humans coexist. I had to refresh my memory
on three laws of robotics but it was quire interesting. Went to bed after
midnight. |

Woke up at 6:00am, 45 degrees and sunny outside. I packed my stuffs, did a
load of laundry, washed dishes and took out
trash. Went to work on time and worked on materials for the meeting today.
Due to concern over missing the flight today, I decided to stay at the
office and let my coworker go visit the customer. Went out to get lunch at
Jimmy John's (I was planning to grab a meal while visiting the customer but cannot
be done now...) Stayed at office until 5:00pm and left to the airport. |

Woke up at 6:00am, went to work but just missed
the last spot on the parking nearby the office building so I had to drive
around for the another one. Cloudy sky and expecting some rain tonight. Had
another issue to take care of for the day so I had to stay until 10:30pm for
the meeting. A short thunderstorm came by during the evening but was over by
the time when I drive home. I only could see some lightening in the sky.
Went to bed after midnight. |

Woke up at 6:00am but stayed in bed until
7:00am. Did a load of laundry before heading out. Went to work and stayed
until 9:00pm. Another long day but managed to go to LTF for workout and also
grocery shopping. Went to bed after midnight. |

moon today]
Woke up at 6:30am, did not realized that alarm was going on. Hmmm. Must be
tired already. The gas price is still on climbing trend, it was $2.87/gal
today. Went to work and had to stay until 10:45pm. I got a call from a
friend from school, who needs help for this visa renewal interview. Went to
bed around 11:30pm. Expecting some rain, and also a long day tomorrow... |

Woke up at 6:00am, since I have a dentist
appointment at 7:00am, I had to leave early. I got my teeth checked, told
that I don't have to come back for another 6 months. I guess I took care of
mine well this time. Arrived at office on time. |

Woke up at 6:00am, went to work and stayed until
7:00pm. I went to a Japanese restaurant with coworkers for lunch. On the way
back to the apartment, I stopped by at LTF for workout. Come home, took
things easy and went to bed around midnight. |

Woke up a bit before 6:00am, off to Canada around 8:30am and stopped by at a
bank to help pay my friend's application fees. Drove back to the U.S. side
and workout out at a gym for about one hour, left there around and headed to
the office. Stayed until 4:00pm, drove home, then headed to Kensington Park
for running 8 miles. I thought it is going to be rainy all afternoon but we
got none. Went to bed around midnight. |

Woke up at 6:00am, stayed in the bed until 7:00am. Left around 9:10am to the
downtown. I went to watch Red Bull Air Race today at Detroit River. I keep
hearing many people complain that Windsor is hosting the show. (Well,
actually, Detroit hosted the last one and it was a part of deal)
Stayed until 3:00pm, because I don't want to be in the middle of the crowded
traffic. Drove to home but picked up groceries at One World Market and
Meijer. Come home around 5:00pm, called home in the evening to talk with my
dad for a while. Went to bed around midnight.

Woke up at 6:00am but stayed in the bed until
7:00am. I feel pretty tired today. Went to work and had to stay until
10:30pm. I did not bring my dinner with me so I went out and get a meal from
Jimmy John's. Went to bed after midnight. I hate having a new week start
like this... |

Woke up at 6:00am, I was able to get out from
the bed this time. Expecting some rain from tonight, but right now it pretty
much a clear sky. Stayed until 10:00pm and drove to LTF for workout. |

Woke up at 3:30am, left home at 4:10am under
dark arrived at the airport parking at 4:45am. I thought it will get going
very soon but there were many cars coming in one after another for the
parking so waited for additional 5
people before we are heading to the terminal. So it was 5:00am when I was
checking in my bags. Passed the security, walked around to get a bottled
water before arriving at the gate. AA497 DTW-DFW 6:30am-8:05am
The boarding started at 6:00am, which I could simply go in for the first
class seating. Relaxed for a while before departing at 6:30am on time, and
waited for a while before took off to the south at 6:40am. When the plane
broke the cloud line, I could not see much, the breakfast was served at
7:30am, that's the time when the plane had to maneuver around to avoid
cumulus clouds. Landed at DFW to south. The plane had to stop on
taxiway to let about 5 airliners take off before reaching to the gate around
8:00am.
AA1755 DFW-MFE 9:05am-10:30am
The boarding to the plane was fast, and plane departed on time. Flying over
Corpus Christi Arrived to McAllen, TX at 10:15am from west. When I
stepped outside, it was pretty warm. I guess the difference in the
temperature between here and Michigan is big.
A coworker from the office came and picked me up. I had to go
through immigration but the office was going slow. Finally off to the
factory at 11:45am, and arrived by noon. Stayed until 9:00pm and left the work. Stopped by at a restaurant
for Mexican food, back to hotel at 11:00pm. Went to bed by midnight. |

Woke up at 6:00am, left the hotel at 7:45am to
head to the factory, and stayed until 8:45pm and drove
back to the U.S. side. Had a dinner at a steak house and come back to the
hotel around 10:45pm. Went to bed quick and fell sleep. |

Woke up at 6:00am, worked out in the morning a
bit. Left the hotel at 7:10am and stayed at the factory until 6:30pm. Had
dinner at my coworker's place. Left the place around 11:00pm, and come back
to the hotel. I went to bed around 1:00am. |

Woke up at 4:00am, stretched my body a bit and took shower. Left the
hotel at 430am, arrived to the airport, had to get my carry on bag scanned
twice because I was carrying equipment for the company. The line for the
security was also long, so it took me about half hour before I can be at the
gate to take up a seat. While waiting, I checked internet a
bit and start updating the trip report for the company. AA624 MFE-DFW 6:30am-7:48am
The boarding to the airplane started on time at 6:00am, and left with 10
minutes delay. The plane took off to east and turning to northeast as it
climbs out of the cloud. The sun was just about to come up, and soon I saw
Corpus Christi and Gulf of Mexico, at sunrise. The plane landed to south and
arrive to the gate at 8:00am.
AA616 DFW-DTW
9:40am-1:20pm
The boarding started from 9:10am, and since I got a first class seat, I
was one of the first person to get in. The plane departed from the gate, took off at 9:55am.
The plane headed to west then to the north. Passing Little Rock, AR at 11:32am
and it was about the same time as the breakfast served. I got an omelet and
a bagel. Passing Evansville, IN at 12:09pm. I could see the town better this
time, in 20 minutes, the plane arrived over Indianapolis. We are almost
there. Passing the DTW at 12:52pm and kept going north, and turned at Southfield at 12:58pm, I could see the toll buildings located at
downtown area as the plane turns toward the airport. Arrived at the gate around 1:14pm.
Little Rock, AR
After arriving to Detroit Metro Airport, I got on a shuttle and dropped a
dollar bill in the box as I was stepping in. This usually trigger the driver
to start driving to the lot. This time, it worked. Arriving at the parking. Drove to the haircut place, come home around 3:00pm. Took a nap after
unpacking. I thought about going to run in the evening and felt very tired
when I got up. Had dinner. Went to bed around midnight. |

[First Day of Summer]
Woke up at 6:00am, getting hot already. Went to Kensington Park for running.
I saw many Japanese folks running. If I knew already, I could have gone
running with them. Come home, had lunch then headed to work. Stayed until
5:00pm and drove back home. Relaxed for the evening since I felt like I need
some break. Downloaded iPhone 3.0 (which was like 230MB) from iTunes. Going to bed
around 11:00pm.

[Trains collided at Washington D.C.'s Metro,
killing several people]
Woke up at 6:00am, a chunk of fog passed by as I
was preparing to go work. Went to work and stayed until
10:00pm. I come home, fell sleep while I was reading book on the floor, and
woke up at 11:30pm. I must be either tired, or not adapting the hot weather.
I had to go bed again. Daily high of 83F. |

flight will be delayed for the fifth time, due to structural issues found]
Woke up at 6:00am, already pretty warm. Stayed until 9:30pm and drove to LTF
before heading home. Worked out for a while and come home. Went to bed

Woke up at 6:00am, near 70F and expecting to hit
90F, and actually did. When to work and stayed until 10:00pm. I was tired
but decided to go to LTF. I came home around 11:30pm and went to bed after
midnight. |

admitted to a hospital under cardiac arrest. Farrah Fawcett, actress in
Charlie's Angels also died today]
Woke up at 6:00am, already passed 70F in the
morning, expecting some thunder showers in the evening today. Drove to work
with A/C on. Saw a couple of police cruisers passing by with lights on.
Hmmm...? Thunderstorm started around 3:30pm and it was over for a moment but
again around 6:00pm then it was over. |

Woke up at 6:00am, reported to work and stayed
until 6:00pm. News and songs related to Michael Jackson all day, even the
house had a moment of silence. I went out for lunch with my coworkers but
Ford Rd was
congested with many cars, in addition to the traffic jam on I-275 for road
construction. Drove to LTF for workout and drove home. I talked with my dad
for a short time. Went to bed around 11:30pm |

Woke up at 5:30am, stretched my body and headed
out for Solstice 10k run at Northville downtown. This year we started from
the horse track, which was pretty funny. After finishing the race, I drove
to LTF for swim to cool off my body, then headed to Hitsville USA to check
out the house with all the decorations for Michael Jackson. Drove to Detroit
Grand Central station where I ways wanted to stop by. Stopping by at Twelve
Oaks to buy some Eddie Bauer stuffs on the way home. Come home, had lunch,
took a nap for about one hour. Went to bed after midnight. |

Woke up at 6:00am, had a short rain in the
morning then went for a 8 mile run. I saw many runners with numbers written
on arms and legs, so I guess there must have been a triathlon race held.
Went to the office and stayed until 6:30pm. Refueled my car, and start
thinking about the gas prices over the Independence Day holiday. Cooked
dinner, and meals for the new week. I went to bed around midnight. |

Woke up at 6:00am, went to work and stayed until
9:30pm. Some rain started around 9:00pm but was not affecting me. I was
quite tired so I drove home straight. I could do the shopping tomorrow since
I have no meeting. |

Woke up at 5:40am, I wondered why. Left home under misty rain to work.
Stayed until 8:30pm then drive to LTF for workout. Also stopped by at Best
Buy. Come home stayed up until midnight. |
