Bastrop(バストロップ)

1804年にコロラド川を渡る場所での要塞ができたのが始まりです。Baron de Bastropが1823年にドイツ人の集落をスペインの許可を得て作ろうとしたのが始まりです。1836年のテキサス反乱軍の撤退を追ってきたメキシコ兵により町が破壊されました。 また1862年の火事、1869年の洪水によっても町は被害を受けています。[見所: 昔の住居郡](2015年9月訪問)
