5/1 Stayed at office until 4:00am, drove straight home while yarning. It was cooler morning than yesterday. I did not wake up until 11:00am. Cooked lunch and left home at 2:30pm for workout at LTF. Reported to work on time and stayed all night for the last day this week.
5/2 [First MERS case reported in the U.S., according to CNN]
Stayed at the office until 4:30am, drove home and went to bed. Woke up at 11:00am and stretched my body and ate canned soup for lunch. Stepped out for a bike ride at George Bush park. I rode for 58 miles before coming back home. Took shower and headed to Izakaya Wa for dinner after 8:00pm. Come home, relaxed and went to bed at midnight.
5/3 Could not sleep too well, I was awake until 2:00am so I gave up waking up at 6:00am. Got up at 8:00am, cool 60s under clear sky. Stretched my body, and had a big breakfast. Left after 11:00am to downtown for volunteering. Stayed until 5:00pm, drove to Gyu-Kaku for dinner with my friend. Headed to pool and swam for 2 miles before coming back home around 10:00pm. Stayed up until midnight.

5/4 Woke up at 6:00am with help of alarm. Headed out to bike in the morning. It was still chilly in the morning but it was pretty hot when I finish. Drove home, took shower and ate canned soup quick before heading to Rice University to see my friend's piano recital. It finished around 2:00pm, I drove to grocery store, bike shop then Burger King for lunch #2. I took a 30 minutes nap then headed out again to workout at LTF for one hour. Cooked Lagania for dinner and relaxed. Went to bed around 11:30pm.

5/5 Woke up at 5:00am, stretched my body, waited until 7:30am to adjust myself to the new work schedule but took a lot longer than regular day. Stayed at the office until 7:45pm then headed out to pick up my friend then to a restaurant in downtown area. Come home around 10:30pm, cooked rice and other dish before going to bed around 11:45pm.

5/6 Woke up at 5:00am, stretched and left home around 6:00am to gym for workout. I only get to do 50 minutes today but was okay. Drove to work which took shorter than yesterday. Stayed until 6:30pm and headed to another restaurant. Come home around 9:00pm, went to bed around midnight.

5/7 Woke up at 5:00am, stretched my body then drove to LTF for workout. There was a traffic jam on the way on I-10 so it took longer than yesterday but I was able to workout for 50 minutes. Drove to work and stayed until 6:30pm. It was cloudy and humid, took my car to carwash before coming home around 8:00pm. Stayed up until 11:00pm.
5/8 Woke up at 5:00am, drove to LTF for workout before heading to work. Misty rain began as I was stepping out from the apartment. Stayed at work until 6:30pm before I head to Memorial Park. Ran for 6 miles under misty rain then headed home. Went to bed around midnight.
5/9 Up at 5:00am, drove to work straight. Stepped out to get my safety shoes ordered and stayed at the office until 4:30pm, then I drive to Bicycle World to order bike case for Japan trip. Drove to LTF for workout that's when the storm came and cut out dish TV signals. I ate dinner at Wa before coming home. Relaxed at home until midnight.

5/10 Woke up at 6:00am, stretched my body and headed to LTF for swim for 2 miles again. I stopped by at Japanese grocery store and bike shop on the way back to home. Cleaned room a bit and took back items I don't need to storage in the afternoon. Drove to down town for Mahler's No.8 by Houston Symphony. They did not have 1000 chorus people but was good enough with 300. Drove home under misty rain, called home then went to bed by 11:30pm.

5/11 Woke up at 6:00am, drove to Gordon Ranch for preparation for picnic. Stayed until 1:00pm then come home to pick up my bike for a ride in the afternoon. I only get to do 32 miles of 44 miles I planned because of the burst in rear tire. Walked for 4 miles before going to Souper Salad for dinner. Come home, relaxed and went to bed by midnight.

5/12 Could not sleep too well over the night because the temperature was 78F even in the night. Woke up at 5:00am, but went back to sleep until 6:00am. Drove to work under misty rain, left around 6:30pm under misty, picked up my friend in downtown and had dinner at Chinatown. Dropped him off then headed home under misty rain. Stayed up until 11:00pm and went to bed.

5/13 Woke up at 5:00am, drove to LTF for a workout under pretty hard rain, which caused flooding in many places in Houston and traffic jams. Drove to work under misty rain and worked on a big issue for very much half of the day. Stayed until 7:00pm then drove to Thai Gourmet for dinner with friends. Come home around 10:00pm then went to bed at 11:30pm after cooking rice.
5/14 Woke up at 5:00am, stretched my body, drove to LTF under chilly weather. Get to work and stayed until 6:30pm, the outside was nice and sunny. Drove home but stopped by at Kroger for groceries. Cooked dinner and went to bed at 10:45pm.

5/15 Woke up at 5:00am, drove to LTF under clear sky with 49F for about 40 minutes before going to work. Stayed until 6:00pm then headed to Memorial Park for 3 laps. Because of the weather it was very nice but at the same time, many people were there. Come home and relaxed and went to bed at 11:30pm.

5/16 Woke up at 5:00am, drove to work and stayed until 6:00pm.Transferred money to saving, including my bonus. Drove to LTF for 2 mile swim, and another one hour workout before going to Wa for dinner. Drove home, went to bed by midnight.
5/17 Woke up at 5:00am, stretched my body and headed to work on Saturday. Worked until 4:00pm then drove to Daido and Kroger before coming home. Repaired my wetsuit, bike tire and bike cleats and relaxed for the evening. I called home and chat with my dad for a while before going to bed around midnight.
5/18 Woke up at 6:00am, loaded gears and left home at 8:00am to Lake 288 for 1.8 miles swim. I then drove to George Bush park for bike ride. The path was still under water in some places so I limited the area of activities to east half. Drove home around 2:00pm and ate spaghetti for lunch. Did three loads of laundries. The room temperature came up to 84F during the afternoon.
   
5/19 Woke up at 6:00am, stayed in the bed rolling and turning until 11:00am, drove to dentist for check up which was another good. Stopped by at Bicycle World to pick up chain cleaner but at the time, I realized that my bike case has arrived so I took it home. It did fit in the back of my car. Prepared for the day and drove to work.
5/20 Survived the first day back in night. Stayed until 4:30am and drove home half sleep. Managed to grab bananas before coming home, but after that, I fell in bed around 5:00am. Woke up at 8:30am, some how stayed in the bed until 11:00am. Cooked noodles and prepared my dinner. Left around 3:00pm and worked out at LTF for 1 hour before going to work. It was quite busy night.
5/21 Tonight was pretty tough to deal with. Finished the shift around 4:15am and walked out from the plant while looking up the sky with moon occasionally covered by clouds, drove home tired and went to bed. Woke up at 10:30am, stretched my body and get ready for the day. Left to LTF at 2:30pm.
