• Around Lake Hamana (May) - Quick trip to Lake Hamana for my biking exercise
• Mt. Dado Hiking (May) - Hiking up Mt. Tado for a view
• Magome Day Trip (August) - Going to Magome for a lunch during the holidays
• Mt. Gozaisho Trip (September) - Getting some workout by hiking up and down quick
• Kobe Marathon Trip (November) - My second marathon in Japan

2022

• Ise-Shima Trip (May) - Going to see ocean in Mie Prefecture, as well as a hike to Mt. Asama
• Mt. Gozaisho (May) - As a part of training toward triathlon, I have decided to hike mountain without a rest.
• Mizukisawa Forest (August) - Giving up mountrain hike this year but how about forest hiking
• Matsusaka Matathon (December) - I have participated in a marathon in Japan, after 13 years of absent

2021

• Mt. Gozaisho (July) - Driving to Yunoyama Onsen from Nagoya to reduce risk of getting COVID, while still enjoying the hike.

2020

• Mt. Komagatake (August) - Heading to a less people with a lot of nature, including a hike up to a high mountain.
• Awaji Island bike trip (October) - After months of not going to work, I have decided to go for a long ride before anything happens. Also to pick up my city ride bike.
• Cape Irago trip (October) - After cancelling my trip to Okinawa, I have decided to go to Okinamwa like place I can drive from Nagoya.

2019

• Mt. Gozaisho Day Trip #1 (August) - Taking a break from my daily life
• Biwaichi Day Trip (August) - Cycling around the Lake Biwa
• Mt. Gozaisho Day Trip #2 (September) - Another mountain hike to Mt. Gozaisho
• Komedawara Marathon Trip (November) - I headed to Nagano prefecture to partipate the race
• Tokyo day trip (November) - I made a quick trip to Tokyo

2018

• Ski day trip (January) - Going to Ciao Ontake Ski Resort for skiing which I have not done for 10 years.
• Ski day trip (February) - Another day trip to Ciao Ontake Ski Resort since the last trip was pretty good
• Ski day trip (March) - Third trip to Ciao Ontake for the season, finally got to ski under beautiful sky with no wind
• Omaezaki Day Trip (July) - My first time driving out of Aichi prefecture
• Mt. Ibuki Day Trip (July) - Hiking up Mt. Ibuki for the first time
• Mt. Gozaisho Day Trip (August) - Hiking up
• Shimanami Kaido Bike Trip (September) - Biking with my coworkers

• Texas Trip (May) - Returning to the place where I lived for 5 years.

• Detroit NAIAS Trip (January) - Checking out NAIAS this year also

• Kansas Trip (March - Under construction) - Visiting my friends in Wichita once more
• Hawaii then Return to Japan (March - Under construction) - Two days in Hawaii then coming home at last
